  • I first have to say that this used to be a great place to take my car for an oil change. I would recommend it to people, they always had great groupons for lower prices, they were always curteous, & relatively good with time. There has been alot of new faces I've seen recently & seems that they are under new management. This chane is not for the better. The last 2 or 3 times I have come they were not curteous on the phone, they just wanted to hurry up & get you off the phone as well as they sounded annoyed. I purchased a groupon which gives you 3 oil changes & in the past I always used it & got a litle punch card that showed how many I have left. The last time I tried they stated they didn't have cards & he would just write it on the receipt & int he computer. I didn't know where the receipt was so had him look in the computer but it just stated the groupon was used so I had to pay full price. Secondly I made an app for 8 am on Saturday. I was there 5 mins early, got checked in & confirmed with him that I had to have my car done no later than 1pm. He guarunteed this was doable since the appt was at 8 & it should only take about 1 1/2 hours. I went home & waited & waited & waited, still no call. At 1 pm I decided to call. They said hold please & when they came back they said my car was up on the machine & was being worked on Now! So basically when I called to ask about it they immediately put it up there to get started on it. He said he would see how fast he could get it done for me without any apology for making me late or compensation on my oil change which was exactly 1 1/2 hours later when they called to tell me it was done. So the appt I made meant nothing nor did the guaruntee it would be done on time & a 1 1/2 hour app turned into 6 1/2 hours of my day being lost. I feel that businesses get greedy & want to take in as much business as they can & not considering those who they already have. Had they not over booked & accepted so many walk ins my car would have been done on time. In addition to that if they had too many they should have been honest up front about it so that I could have taken my car somewhere else or re-scheduled so as not to be late for my other obligations & inconvenience me. Get it together Fletchers, you just lost another loyal customer.
