  • Update to my previous review. Everything started out quite disappointing in my experience with Poindexter, however I'm happy to update my review as they ended up working hard to re-earn my business. Owner contacted me and apologized on behalf of his team and asked to give them another chance. Movers were prompt with their appointment and careful with my stuff. Appreciate their efforts in stepping up and taking care of the customer they so very closely lost.
