  • A customer service disaster beyond compare! The staff are completely unorganized and unhelpful. Several different staff members gave conflicting information and some were downright argumentative. The grounds are incredibly shabby and almost appear abandoned at times. They do not offer many common services to guests and I wouldnt bother asking about reservations.
