  • Visited during grand opening and got a free sample of their ice cream sandwich. Chose a peanut butter and chocolate macadamia cookies with pistachio ice cream and coconut topping. It was definitely well worth the wait! Cookies were warm and delicious. The combination tasted amazing. I would love to come back and try other flavor mixtures the next time I visit Downtown Summerlin. It is located nearby theater and shops, perfect for if you crave dessert. You can also get shakes and cookies aside from the ice cream which is awesome!
