rev:text	This location now relocated to the middle of this plaza to incorporate a drive thru. Today was my first time at this new location and I ordered my basic coffee frap (even though it's windy and cold outside). Any other location, I would give a 5 star rating just because I rarely run into problems with their service or how they make my order. This location though, only deserves 3 stars at the moment. 1. The guy at the drive through was talking so fast that after he repeated back my order, he didn't even tell me my total. He just made me pull up to the window. 2. Because he was in a rush to have me pull up, I didn't see him punch in my order (which usually shows up in that fancy screen they have that even has a camera where they can see you/you can see them). 3. As I was pulling up to the window, I saw the guy wipe his snot on the back on his hand and then proceeded to give someone ahead of me their order with the same hand! That's unsanitary! 4. I got to the window and waited about 5 mins before he even acknowledged me 4. He handed me a mocha frap. Turns out he got my order wrong. Since I didn't see him punch it in on that high tech screen they have at the drive thru, I didn't catch the mistake. I didn't have the time to wait some more so I just took the order and didn't complain. (This one was on me but a mistake worth mentioning because of the ripple effect. Good thing he made the mocha one taste good!) Overall I would rate this place as "needs improvement" ... I obviously won't ban the place completely but maybe rewrite my review when they redeem themselves.
