  • I have purchased two pairs of shoes at this store and they definitely are knowledgeable about running shoes but, and this is a big issue in purchasing any costly item, the manager or owner or whoever he is has some serious personality issues. He basically tries to tell you what your problem is and what you need to do to fix it. He is abrasive and obnoxious and the first pair of shoes I bought I drove all the way to Awhatukee so I didn't have to deal with him. They lady at that store was aware of him and kindly gave me a discount since I live in Gilbert and had come all the way there for the shoes. I work in customer service and there is never any reason to act the way this man does. ( Even if he's just intense) So, the bottom line is, if you really need the shoes and can tolerate this guy then go to Run Az in Gilbert, if not do some homework, you can find alot of the same shoes that they have somewherelse without the attitude.
