This past weekend I was so disappointed in this Starbuck my boyfriend order and the cashier Kayla that help us through the drive thru was asked to put $15 dollar on my gold card but instead Kayla put $50 dollars when we notice the mistake she said there was nothing she could do when ask if we could talk to manger said there wasn't a manger there. I call Starbuck and have to wait about a week to get refunded just because Kayla was too much of a rush to help customers out and refund the whole transaction . Not going to this Starbuck again !
