Worse buying experience ever! I'll try to make this short... I applied for a car online, the young lady called me back and said come pick up your vehicle because they got me approved. I went down to the dealership and less than an hour later drove home with the vehicle. Even though I know I could've got a better deal else where I went with this vehicle, for one I loved the car and two the customer service was exceptional. I knew the car needed an alignment, but that was something minor in my opinion. Well, maybe around the third day of driving the vehicle I noticed a faint burning smell. I didn't panic because I was taking the vehicle that same day to get the alignment done, so I just figured I would mention the burning smell upon arrival. When picking up the vehicle to my surprise I was told for a vehicle with that many miles that is how the car should drive. This is a 2006 Lexus GS300 we're talking about here. I took the car home and a week later the vehicle started to smoke and left me stranded in an empty parking lot at 2am in the morning. Long story short they treated me horribly and my wonderful sales women acted like she didn't even know. The finance manger was a wanna be Wolf On Wallstreet and the GM looks like she could be a new Disney villain. Fortunately this place does not know how to submit paperwork to the bank properly, so when the bank called me and ask for the necessary documentations need to approve the loan I explained to them the situation with the vehicle. The bank decided to return the loan due to the vehicle needing repairs. I can say the look on their face when they realized the bank returned the loan was PRICELESS. They did not give me back my down payment but later on American Express was able refund me. Recently I was at a tent sale event at The Orleans and I saw a Lexus LS460L that I knew I had to buy! Upon further reviewing the vehicle I noticed it had an Audi of Las Vegas sticker on it. My lady and I ran out of there after seeing that lol
