I went in to do an exchange for a product that I had purchased at this store. At the counter I was told that the exchange was out of the warranty period. However, I had replaced the same exact product previously in the same time period. The clerk called his asst manager, Ryan, over and he told me that Best Buy would do nothing for me and that I had to go to Apple for their one year warranty.
I have never been so unhappy with a company's (a) exchange policy and (b) how rude it was to tell me to go to the manufacturer. Last, I asked for his store managers email, which he gave to me, and I told him he had lost a customer.
