Dish has such horrible costumer service. Ive had problems with billing. They argue with me about taking my payment out from my bank before the due date, while im sitting there looking at my bank statement showing they drafted from my account two days before the bill was due. They never seem to have anyone I can understand. I cancelled my service only almost a year into my contract because I would go days without any satellite connection. When they first set it up they knew it was hard to get full service but they did anyways and I always had lost of service every week. Having a toddler was no fun to lose her cartoons. Not to mention I paid for a month but maybe got 2 1/2 weeks of television signal. Now they sent me a bill for 373$,thats with my deposit deducted. This is a rip off and they don't take any consideration that I have other accounts at two other places for years now. I like that they make you sign the two year contracts but you only get the discounted rates for the first 12 months.
