  • You would think that a place that depends on good customer service in order to stay in business would be nice to their customers. I've been selling and buying used children's clothing for years and this place is a joke!!!! I can't believe the attitude the employees had when I dropped off clothes to be purchased. They also rack up the prices after low-balling the seller. I also found so many items in the clearance section that weren't clearance. I also had a rude employee correct me about a name of n item..couldn't believe her attitude. There are plenty of other ways to buy and sell so today is my last day of shopping and selling at Once upon a child.
