Update 2 months later -
Continued billing issues from September visits. Everytime I speak to staff on the phone it seems resolved, then I get another statement in the mail that says it's not.
Finally spoke to Dr Saxe and he agreed to waive the disputed balance - clearly felt like he was doing me a big favor, whereas I felt like he was just honoring what his staff had already promised to handle 2 months ago.
Definitely moving to a new office.
