  • I don't know what has happened to this property but the utterly severe lack of service is astounding. Over 30 minutes for a cocktail server to bring a drink order while others that haven't been waiting are being served first. I brought to the servers attention and being told that she forgot and would be back when she could was unacceptable. This used to be a top notch resort/casino destination, but lately it seems to be falling down rapidly. Maybe due to a lack of management? Unless things change around here I don't think I will be returning to Wynn or Encore when there are countless other casino properties to spend my money at and where the service is far superior.
