I was in town with three friends and found a Groupon to use. When we arrived, we were a little confused when only two people appeared to be working in the spa. But after a confusing moment of being asked to wait in a small room, the spa was suddenly bustling with workers who quickly got to work. I was impressed with the timing of the staff; ensuring that nobody had to sit around and wait while massages/manicures/pedicures happened.
I'll admit that I am not an expert on any type of spa treatments, but this wasn't my first time to a spa either. The 30 minute massage was really nice, however the massage rooms aren't completely closed. This meant that I could hear what was going on in other parts of the place. Not a complete deal breaker, since our group was the only customers at the time. The manicure & pedicure was pretty standard from my point of view. My nails started off really janky and ended up neat and clean so that's all I could really ask for.
I think considering the Groupon price we paid (with a discount code, too) I was very happy with the service we got. Once we got in the door and explained that we had an appointment and what services we wanted, the language barrier was no big deal for us.
