The hotel itself is clean and decorated beautifully. It has a modern feel and is close to everything and that's why they are getting 3 stars instead of 1. The service ducked and here's why: when we got here they said we didn't have a room because they didn't have a reservation. When we showed the desk the emailed confirmation the front desk clerk angrily stomped off to search for a manager. After 10 minutes she came back with one who took my phone (to see the email) typed something in the computer and muttered "oh here it is" and never made eye contact or apologized. It's a shame because the hotel itself is really beautiful.
