  • Terrifying experience. A posted deal on cars.com was not upheld. Rather than being up front that they would not uphold the deal they wasted an hour and a half of our morning. When confronted with the suspicious sales tactic the salesman became defensive and asked us to leave. As we walked out the building the salesman challenged my fiance to a fight when he got off of work. WOW! WHO DOES THAT?!? He didn't like being called a liar and yet t;he result of the offer laid on the table supported their shady practices. To add insult to injury I just received a credit alert that 7 hard inquiries were made on my credit report that same day. Believe me, I will be contacting TransUnion in the morning to see who authorized 7 inquiries and action will be taken. HOW PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE CAN YOU BE?!?
