  • This one star review is based on service received from Jim the owner. If there was a way to do business with this company and only deal with Mike the owners son than this would be a four or five star review. Jim has no customer service skills and will be negative and impossible to deal with. Look at all the other negative reviews based on working with Jim. He will make you upset and wishing you never did business with them. Also, make sure you check your receipt because they will overcharge you on the thinset and grout. I would not recommend using this company.
