  • The only good thing about this builder is that they did what others wouldn't, so we got a pool design others wouldn't do. Also, they were quick. On the other hand, they never rebarred the deck, so it lifted of course....Also, I read the other reviews and wonder why we are receiving such horrendous service. Every time they send a sub out to our home, more of our home and yard is destroyed. Any major damage though, they did pay for. The customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered in my entire life. They've gone through several people over the last year and now, every week I am calling the warranty line and i'm told, "i'll get right back to you in a few minutes (or in an hour, or later today)." They NEVER get back to me. I keep calling and nothing.... We have already had our electrical rerun by another company and I guess the warranty work that I cannot get a call back on will have to be by another as well. Such a shame because, they have great ideas and vision. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone - not if you want to talk to someone after your pool is done and warranty is very important.
