  • I'm all about the quality, and service. That being said, although Victoria's Secret can be a little bit on the pricey side, its definitely well worth it to me. Everytime! :) I was here last Saturday to pick up some new bras and panties, otherwise known as "the essentials". I found myself adoring the cute nighties like VS night T-shirts and rompers. I was approached my Cynthia who was absolutely delightful. This is a normal thing to be approached when you go to Victoria's Secret, however I usually shoo them away as quickly as they approach. Reason, I know what bra size I am, and I dunno, its just something about that tape measure around their neck and them being eager to check my bra size that freaks me out. I get it. Most woman wear the wrong bra size and they are just their to educate and inform. It is a great quality to want to help customers by offering to take a measurement so a customer doesn't have to ask. Back to my visit and quest to find a certain nightshirt, in a certain color , in my size. I totally welcomed the wonderful Cynthia and loved that she was friendly, and jumped right in to help find what I was looking for. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She wasn't over selling me and even pointed out some things she knew I would like. Sweeeeet :) Store was CLEAN , Service was OUTSTANDING, stock seemed plentiful except for one color (berry or wine ) whichever, in a bra. It is a popular color right now, to be fair. With all of the above awesome things about the store and service Im still giving this store 5 stars. Downtown Summerlin Victoria's Secret Is A Location I Definitely Recommend for Quality Merchandise, Cleanliness and Friendly Service.
