| - I have gone to Rohrich for 4 or so years to get my Cadillac serviced, and spent plenty of money. However, about a week ago, I was on my way home from work sitting at the beginning of rush hour traffic when lights came on the dashboard, and the message "Engine Speed Reduced" - allowing me to accelerate only to 10- 25mph, it was scary as there was no where to pull off and I was in the middle of heavy traffic. I called the dealership, as this is where I've consistently taken my vehicle and I was probably 1.5-1.8 miles away. The woman that answered the phone did not care at all, was of no help, and told me it would be a 3 week wait to have my car looked at. This was basically an emergency situation, as my car was not responding nor able to accelerate. I wasn't looking to have my car looked at on the spot, I understand it was near the close of business (4pm)- but my gosh, have some compassion to a loyal, paying customer. I have another vehicle, so even if I dropped my car off for a few days to get checked out, or any alternative solution- nothing was suggested. This vehicle was not safe to drive. I was looking to trade in this Summer for an XT5, but I have such a bad taste in my mouth from this experience, my days of owning a Cadillac are coming to an end. I am so disappointed, I have had good experiences with the service department here in the past, but you have lost my business and I will definitely look at other premium car brands when I look to trade in here in the near future.
