  • Submitted a bid request to this company and got a call back within literally two minutes. The service guy's name was Ryan. I explained my issue from my office then called him back when I got home and he troubleshooted with me a few different things and then ended up showing me how to fix the issue myself over the phone. Great guy! I was on the phone walking around my house with him for like 20 minutes. He was totally cool, also provided a thorough explanation as to the "why" and "how" to fix it if it does it in the future. Two thumbs up and he didn't make a penny from the help he gave me.
