  • Just had hands down the rudest customer service experience on the phone with the place. I asked them if they could repair my watch and they said it would cost more than the watch itself was worth. I told them that I had done it before and it didn't cost more than ten dollars and seemed like a pretty straightforward job and he told me to just go somewhere else then, and then hung up. I will take my business elsewhere for anything watch/jewelry related and recommend that others don't go here in the future. It doesn't cost much to be civil.
