I wouldn't give this business any stars. It deserves a -5 ! My handicapped senior mother bought a recliner with a 3 uear extended warrinty, and after 1 month it started to sink in and make cracking noises. She called and they sent someone out to look at it, then she never heard anything back and had to call. They told her that they were waiting to hear about what they would do and call her back. Still no call! After calling back she was told that it had been approved for restuffing. That was 1and 1/2 months after purchase still no call back! Call again, told it was on back order and no idea when it would be fixed!
Finally I go to the store to speak to them in person. First I talk to some women at the "customer service" (Which I use lightly) desk. She takes her time looks at some papers and tells me that they have called my mother numerous times and had no answer! I tell her that's bullshit because my mother is handicapped and doesn't leave the house and if they called she would have answered the phone. Now she has a shotty attitude and says, " oh, well it's on back order and she has to wait for a call." WTF? I ask to speak to the "manager" (again lightly )! He says that I'm not his customer and tells me to PROVE that it's my mother?? WTF? Then proceeds to tell me I can't act like that? Huh? Worst customer service ever. Would NEVER EVER buy anything from there again.
Way to take advantage of handicapped seniors #thebrick you are the worst of the worst!
