My experience unlike most other reviewers was very positive. My daughter started getting sick on Saturday morning and by Sunday evening we were looking for an urgent care nearby. I was hesitant to even come here based off the reviews and we almost made our way to St Rose but decided to check out the place before committing to a long ER visit. I am glad we came!
Upon arrival we noticed how bright and "sunny" this place is from all the pops of bright yellow paint everywhere. But unfortunately I was greeted by a front desk lady that wasn't too sunny herself and definitely did not greet us with a smile. Oh well, this seems all too typical in high stress customer service jobs, I typically brush it off and smile away. Even though it was a Sunday evening it was actually very slow and we were seen within 20 minutes of arriving.
What stood out about this place and warranted the 5 stars was the Dr. on duty. I have not received such kind and patient care from a doctor in an Urgent care or even a hospital setting before. Usually doctors are quick to rush you in and out. Dr. Roscetti was the sweetest man and made our visit dare I say... pleasant?! He was patient, funny and very knowledgable about my daughters genetic condition of PKU. Which impressed me since I have had ER doctors that were not as versed in PKU. I never felt rushed and that was such a breath of fresh air. I hope that Dr. Roscetti is always like that and it wasn't due to the lack of patients that night. If I ever need an Urgent Care for my family again I will be going back there and will be asking for Dr. Roscetti.
Oh the front desk lady smiled and waved when we were leaving, how nice!
