  • Nearly ignored upon arrival - very dark salon (is it clean?). Had 2 pedicures (appointments made) and it took nearly 2 1/2 hours for both - they also sat us apart from one another when they knew we were coming together. Obnoxious music playing the whole time was not relaxing and did not help to create a calming, professional atmosphere. The pedicures were sloppy and they left the top of the toenails undone. In an attempt to clean up the extra polish around my daughter's nails, the polish was wiped all over her skin and she had excess nail polish around almost every nail. The polish did not even completely cover our nails...could have done this job ourselves. No "thank you" for tip and no "good bye" (like when we arrived). Overall, very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
