| - I checked this place out after reading the positives reviews everyone has written, and am truly glad I did. Rashid is the epitome of an honest mechanic who goes out of his way for his customers. I took my 350z in to have them install an aftermarket radiator and a/c condenser, unfortunately there were some complications due to my condenser that I ordered on my own shipped to me damage. Btw rashid matched the price of another auto repair shop over the phone so that was a plus :) anyways back to my experience, I was sent a new a/c condensor and the next week I had it installed by rashid, and rashid gave me a break on the price to install again, cause they had to again remove the radiator to install the new condensor. Well the problems didn't stop there, my car is a bit aged (2003) and the high pressure intake line for the a/c was broke. Rashid suggested go to Nissan dealership or authorized Nissan parts dealer online to get the right authentic part rather than some cheap knockoffs to do the job right. I got the part and he installed it today and charged my air conditioning system with freon labor included free of charge!!!!! The whole ordeal took 3 visits. But Rashid took care of it in a truly professional manner. He went above and beyond for me and during the waits in the sitting room at the shop I saw that he does that for everyone. For instance a guy came in and his car was broke down at the palms, but he needed to get home while his car was being worked on. Rashid took his own personal vehicle and dropped the customer off to his house during work hours! Unbelievable! Another instance: a guy comes into the shop asks rashid if he want to donate money for a charitable cause, rashid busts out his wallet and hands the man $20 no questions asked. This man has a huge heart, truly honest, knows all about customer service. Even though it took me 3 visits to get my car fixed (all my fault due to buying damaged parts) this experience with rashid will be forever in my memories and will continue to do business with him with my other vehicles, family's vehicles, and friends. I can't believe I found an honest mechanic in Las Vegas that's not looking for a quick buck! He'll do the work your way or you can do it his way which is the right way with quality authentic dealer parts, and if you can't afford those parts hell suggest the next best thing and work with you on price. Btw he's open 7 days a week, hard to find a shop open on Sunday! Thanks Rashid! I truly appreciate everything you've done for me. You one in a million, Real Talk!
