  • I had an iPad Air that was dropped this weekend - shattered the screen so bad that parts of it were pretty my gone and you could barely ready anything on the screen. I contacted Lynette at Experimac and she said they had the parts and told me how long it would take to replace. I dropped it off today around 11:00 and they said it would be done before they closed. They called me later in the afternoon to let me know it was done. I picked it up and it's beautiful a looks brand new! They provided great customer service - everybody was very friendly. I was in and out quickly and the iPad is just like new!
