  • Do NOT go here ever!! These people are con artists!!! My 2016 car was diagnosed with needing a "new alternator" with only 31k miles on my car. I took it in for a battery check because I am headed on a long road trip to the East coast and wanted to make sure my battery was in good condition. Immediately after telling the attendant my concern, I was told that it wasn't my battery, I needed a new alternator. This did not make sense to me as my car is relatively new. I told him I would go home and discuss with my husband this. I looked at Yelp and saw these reviews and became skeptical. I told my good friend about this and she too had dealt with this service station and was told she needed a new alternator. My friend told me she took her car elsewhere and was told the alternator was just fine. I immediately went back to get my car and was told I couldn't get my car back because it needed a new alternator and wasn't safe to drive. I said I did not believe him and I wanted a second opinion. The mechanic then said I couldn't have my car back. My husband had to get off work and demanded the car be given back ASAP. After this, we took it to a AAA shop that had good Yelp reviews. The mechanic did a thorough check on my car and not only was my alternator ok, so was my battery. I'm beyond furious and I want to warn everyone about this place. Since this discovery, I have happened across 2 other people in my neighborhood who have been swindled by this same place. Go somewhere else!! Young, blonde and female but not stupid :)
