  • Visited La Santisima for the 2nd time today.. not impressed.. AT ALL! The place was full, which is fantastic for them, but they could not handle the amount of people in there. They had one waiter who was trying to take orders for all of the table. I won't speak on behalf of anyone else so our experience: it took our food 45 minutes to come out and when it did, my tacos were so dry I could barely swallow it. As the waiter set down our food she asked if everything was OK. After that, we didn't see her until I had to send my food back. My mom and I both had to send our plates back. In the 45 minutes we had to wait for our food, we asked for chip refills.. those took roughly 15 minutes each.. and they charge per basket. When our chips came out, we had little pieces of chips and our basket wasn't even full. The ONLY positive was the salsa bar.. when you had chips to eat it with. Bottom line.. not a great experience.
