I was booked here for work. I was so excited about staying here, the pictures looked great. I was very disappointed. It definitely looks better in the photos than in real life. It was the quality of a Motel 6 or Quality Inn. The grounds were gross, the smell in the room was overpowering of old musty carpet and the decor was a combination of chintzy decor and poorly painted plywood. The stairways and halls had large sewer pipes that smelled suspicious. I felt like I was staying in Mexico at a $25/night hotel.
I was disappointed with the customer service when I checked in. I checked in late because my plane was delayed, I was not provided with a map and was told vague instructions on where my room was. I ended up wandering around the grounds with all walk-ways being closed off for construction at 2 am. The halls leading up to my room were filled with mattresses and construction equipment, smelled suspicious and the carpets leading to my room were taped together with duck tape. After wandering through the parking lots and construction areas for about 10 -15 min, I finally found my poorly marked building. There was no mention of this when the check-in desk was providing me with directions nor was a map provided to me. I was tired and very frustrated.
When I found out how much these rooms cost, I was appalled! This room is worth MAYBE, MAYBE $70-80 max. I will ask not to stay here again.
