  • This place has grown as a franchise and they have absolutely no interest in providing customer service or even following up when they might lose a customer. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. After an hour and a half they finally delivered me a ham and pineapple pizza. See my email chain with regard to my complaint. The franchise manager never contacted me. And the "Franchise Representative" well...make your own determination based on the exchange. I got a one word sentence. I am happy that at least they responded but the response is just in my opinion representative of the culture and lack of service due to the large customer base.
