  • Amazing people at Computer Doctor. Had purchased a macpro that didnt have its usb ports working. Filled out a request on their website, was followed up promptly with a phone call to go over the issues. Brought it in without a need to schedule. Went over it with Allen, and left the device with him to do a full diagnostic. In 3 days I got a call for the issues and repairs. Within a week it was all fixed and running properly. Also dropped my iphone off to replace the battery and was finished within 2hrs. Very satisfied customer.
