rev:text	Ok, so let me preface this by saying that CP did not actually do work for me. Actually, that's the reason for my kudos!! I took my car in to get an estimate on repair to a series of scratchy scuff marks on my rear bumper. I rolled in with no appointment (I called previously to make sure one wasn't necessary) and was helped immediately. The guy who was going to do my estimate came out right away to assess the damage. He then proceeded to get a rag and some professional car polish and rub most of the scratches away. He told me the fix would be about $300 because they don't just do the small, affected area - they have to do the whole bumper. His recommendation was that I not bother. He told me that since the bumper is plastic, rust won't be an issue and that the scratch was way too minor to spend the money on (in his opinion). Talk about honesty! He could have just given me what I'd asked for - the estimate - and sent me on my merry way. And I would have been satisfied, but out 300 bucks like an idiot. Instead, he gave me a reality check and showed me which products to use to shine up the car and rid myself of most of the surface scratches that were on there. He even gave me a demonstration. I will definitely return when I have the need. Very happy with my experience!!!
