rev:text	I found this company through Groupon just like some of these other poor souls with bad reviews. IT. WAS. TERRIBLE. The whole process was bad. I scheduled the appointment and we had to reschedule because of a miscommunication (no worries at this point. Things like this happen.) Then when the guy shows up he has really poor people skills and it was difficult to talk to him. He finally convinced me that what I was wanting for my carpets would cost an additional $150 on top of what I already purchased on groupon. I agreed to this because I wanted them done right. He starts bringing in nasty looking equipment into my home and gets his work done. As he leaves he tells me to write the check out and leave the top line blank. RED FLAG! My house smelled like wet dog for days after and it felt like he left soap in the carpet. I don't own a dog, by the way. Two weeks later my carpets looked worse than they were before he came. Ugh! I called up and got a rude person that also lacked people skills. He said he would have him come out and do it again. I agreed. Then he NEVER showed. This happened a third time and by the time the third appointment was missed I called to get my money back. The guy on the phone begged me to give them one more chance. I was home and it wouldn't have put me out of my way so I agreed. HE DIDN'T SHOW AGAIN! What?!!!! I called and let them know I would not be willing to schedule again and I wanted my money back. The guy on the phone gave me an ABSOLUTE run around for TWO WEEKS. I finally had to take legal action and they returned my money to me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Their work is terrible and their customer service is WORSE!
