| - When I checked in, the front desk attendant was entering my membership information by hand. She mentioned the equipment to swipe the card was down, so she had to do things manually. Finally, she took an imprint of my card.
When I entered the lounge, I was surprised by the number of inconsiderate passengers who took up an extra seat for their belongings. As a result, there were only a few seats remaining. Fortunately, I got one which had a wall outlet underneath it.
On the menu tonight was butter chicken, pastry stuffed with cabbage similar to a samosa, and cauliflower. There was also a cooked-to-order pasta section which appeared to be closed. Because my first serving of the chicken had more bones than meat, I got a second serving. Due to the inconsistency in the sauce, my first plate had a deep red coloring and the second had a light orange. I wondered if there were two different recipes. For dessert, there were several options, such as, cookies and bite-sized cake and parfaits.
I was surprised the lounge did not have restrooms which cater to large crowds. In addition to the men's and women's toilet, there is also a gender neutral handicap one. A guest was in the men's room for so long, another decided to use the ladies' room. I considered leaving the lounge to use the restroom near the gates. When I asked the desk attendant if there was another restroom, she mentioned the handicap toilet.
Before entering the lounge, I strongly recommend folks stop by a restroom first.
