A couple of weeks ago, I came into the store to inquire about a bed I saw online. I was happy to find out, though it was on backorder, that the bed was still a available.
The salesperson sold me on a mattress which I hadn't intended to purchase but I have received it and am very happy with that part of the purchase. She also sold me on a mattress protector that cools. Once I got home, I had second thoughts and looked online to see that I would have probably been happy with something online for half the price. I called the store to ask about returning the item. I was told I couldn't return it though it was unopened. I asked to speak with a manager.
Later that day I spoke to Johanna who really seemed to care about customer satisfaction. I came into the store the next day and as I waited at customer service she walked up to me and knew we had talked (I was holding the mattress protector). She was very friendly and offered a couple options. I chose to get a lower price for the protector and decided to keep it. It stays in place and doesn't feel uncomfortable to lay on.
