| - When you're in a low income place in your life and need a cheap place to live, it's really too bad these low income apartments are raggedy, bug infested, dangerous and disgusting. It could be a great place to live if the owners would hire quality professional management, maintenance and security people and actually "allowed" and demanded they do high standard quality work, but they don't. It's beyond obvious that the uncaring owners and their hired incompetent management companies are told to do EVERYTHING possible to cut EVERY corner they can, which only makes the property continually get run down and worse day by day. Boy do I have some horror stories! The apartments are large but the carpets are filthy, the counters are substandard with horrible paint jobs, the doors are ill fitting and most of the tenants are bottom of the barrel people with some really obvious and seriously scary and very shady personal issues. There's always trash strewn about, including broken beer bottles and cigarettes that no one ever cleans up. Shopping carts are frequently dumped on site by tenants. Kids run wild around the property, and constantly bang, scream, stomp and slam things above your head in the upstairs units. Older teens inappropriately hang around the building up to no good. The buildings lack of any quality makes the entire place one big trashy ghetto dump, which by the way forces you to give a TWO MONTH notice when you're finally able to get the heck outta there. The entry gate is always broken so just anyone can enter the building jeopardizing you and your family's security. And be careful parking your car anywhere because others who park next to you will ding, dent, and scratch your car without a care in the world, and definitely NO notice. Adding to damage, there are always little kids playing around parked cars with toys, balls and bikes, that management does nothing about. The pool area is nasty with floating snot and bugs. It's never kept professionally cleaned. The best way to describe this place is to think of these apartments as the monster that Dr Frankenstein made. In this case Dr Frankenstein would be the owner and its hired management companies (plural because they're always hiring new incompetent management companies), and the monster is the entire property. Oh and beware... all of the office staff are a combination of rude, ignorant, mean, clueless, lazy, and incompetent people. And that goes for ALL of the inadequate management companies the owners continually change/hire.
