  • The one thing that I value most in any company is customer service, so I don't write reviews for mediocre or "m'eh" service. Steve and his staff are all genuinely committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible. They have always been available to answer my questions AT MY CONVENIENCE. This, to me, is a huge deal as I have done nothing but shift work for the last 17 years. This may not SEEM like that big a deal to most, but shift work means that my questions happen to pop into my head at inconvenient hours late at night or super early in the morning outside of what most people (okay, nearly everyone) would consider "normal" business hours. Steve and his staff really help to alleviate the frustrations of home buying (or selling), so I have managed to refrain from pulling most of my hair out this time around (BONUS!). Steve and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, keep you informed and up-to-date and make the general process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and at any stage of the real estate process.
