  • So I'm a firm believer a happy customer is far less likely to say something good than is an unhappy customer to say something negative. So having said that... my review is HIGHLY a comparison/contrast of two jiffy lube locations. The first, at 113 E Van Buren, welcomed my arrival with grumpy dismissal. They seemed upset I arrived. Two of the employees appeared to have been angry with one another. I was prepared to wait as long as an hour if their attitude was better. I left, went around the corner to jiffy on Dysart, and was welcomed in with a door held open, advised a new pot of coffee was coming out right away, and thanked me for my visit. The two locations only about 1/2 mile from each other... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the location on Dysart. As an owner of two cars, all of my business is finished at the Van Buren location.
