  • I went to this location last week to purchase 4 new tires, the manager Jean was ok didn't really seem enthused about his job but I'm assuming the other guy that was at the counter with him was his assistant was very friendly. My over all experience was ok. Waited longer than told which wasn't that big of a deal. I asked Jean to check my alignment he did and told me it was off he said they normally charge $89 for an alignment but since I'm buying new tires he'd do it for $69, I agreed then called another shop to get their price when they told me they had a special for $49 I went to tell Jean never mind but they had already started.....fine no big deal. So after the work has been completed he tells me my total I pay and walk out, then I realize Jean never handed me the paper telling me the before and after results of my alignment so I go back inside and get it. The measurements were still red consulted another shop turns out my alignment couldn't be completed because it requires camber kit. Never once did Jean say this which is frustrating because 1 I paid for a job that was not completed and was never told it couldn't be completed and 2 I feel I was taken advantage of because Iam a woman and they feel as though we don't know anything about cars. Only go here if you need something simple like an oil change or else you might be paying for a job they can't complete and won't tell you about.
