| - I took one morning class and it just wasn't for me. The instructor was a young lady who did a more classical approach to barre (as opposed to more modern), and I didn't like it. I felt like I was taking a ballet class instead of a barre class. The workout itself was fine, but again, not a fan of the approach.
In addition, they required us to bring a towel for some stretching at the end, which I thought was pretty unusual. Since I didn't get the memo, I ended up just stretching on the floor... gross.
Side note as well, there seems to be a group of regulars that come to this class, and I got the feeling it was a bit clique-ish, too. That's not on the fault of the studio, but if you're looking for a more welcoming environment, I would suggest searching elsewhere.
