  • NOT a safe community at all. Not the worst, but for the area, it is horrible. We have a cop here almost every other night for some reason. The gates never work and the pedestrian gates are always wide open for the world to enter. Definitely not the crime free community they boast. The apartments are average. WAY overpriced for comparable units in the area. Grills NEVER work and good luck to you if you ever need maintenance. Rudest bunch of idiots on earth. They act like it's your fault something broke and make you feel like an idiot for bugging them to come fix it. Hey it's your damn job. Billing issues with the office is a norm around here. Just stay away
