  • So in the middle of a divorce, my wife decides to refile our personal taxes so she can get a refund. She does this without my knowledge and without my signature, and Henry and Horne processed it for her. Then I find out they made a mistake on the return and the State of Arizona thinks I owe them a bunch of money. They eventually fixed the error but after awhile they stopped responding to my questions about the returns they created without my knowledge. So I would think twice about using these guys, nothing immediately wrong with them, just sort of sloppy and lacking customer service.
