So to start off, I never write reviews but the situation is pretty upsetting to me and no one seems to even want to talk to me or resolve it. I came to this dealership to buy a car after I got into a pretty bad car accident. I bought a new Honda CRV, worked out a price with Tommy and everything was going well, until we went to the finance department to work out our loan. We were convinced to get the warranty and that it was "BUMPER TO BUMPER coverage" which sounded great, and that it would only add 15 dollars a month to my payment for 72 months. Well I got my first statement and my loan was extended to 84 months. I guess it's my fault for not thoroughly looking through everything but the finance department was using some really sneaky terminology and taking advantage of the fact that I was a first time car buyer. I actually saw in other reviews that this happened to other people as well. We went to speak with the finance department and they turned me away and didn't want to help resolve anything.
On top of that, I went to the dealership a few weeks ago because I had a little ding on my door from someone hitting it, assuming they would fix it. Well that bumper to bumper coverage is only an extension of the factory warranty basically so I was blatantly lied to. The service department was very rude and sarcastic so that was surprising.
All in all, I am extremely disappointed in this place. We were planning to come back to buy another car next year but now, we won't.
