  • 2nd time I've gone in a row, with a picture they said they could execute and I left with something completely different (and ugly.) when I told her I didn't like it she told me "too late" and if I wanted it changed it would be $5 more . Not to mention the 2 nail techs who were fighting and Tina had to yell at them in front of everyone to stop. AKWARD. Very uncomfortable situation. I drive from surprise to come here because up until recently they've done great work. I'll be going elsewhere.
