What a total waste. Our order was not only wrong but our food was cold. It was so bad in fact, that I went online and left specific feedback about what a terrible experience we had. Within 24 hrs, a representative from Bojangles called me and left a voicemail. When I returned his call, he didn't answer so I left a message. It's been two weeks and I have still heard nothing. Now, to be fair, when I filled out my comments online, I said I didn't need to be contacted. However, it's poor business practice to not return my call when you initially called me regarding the bad service provided.
