  • I have come to realize that getting amazing food in Vegas is like seeing a unicorn. It just doesn't exist. LV just seems to enjoy buffet style food and fast food joints. Places with casinos just seem to operate under that model. However, this place comes pretty close as close can get with being authentic Chinese food. Their dim sum dishes are pretty close to the same ones served in NYC. The selection of food on the non-dim sum menu is made fresh in the kitchen and very tasty - packed with flavor. If one is having a craving for real good Chinese food - check this place out. Hopefully, one comes on a good day when there isn't a long line. I got the sautéed pork chops and their house special lo mein. Sooooo yummy! On a side note, the woman sitting in the table next to me with 3 kids was a cowgirl redneck and thought this placed served 4 piece chicken wings and pork friend rice. She left super fast after the waitress served her bread and water and she realized dishes on the menu was not food she was accustomed to. Some people can be so uncultured and classless!
