AMC is not a movie theater I will be going to again. On a busy Saturday night they had only 2 ticket attendants working so the line was out the door. Once you finally got your tickets, you got funneled from four doors into one ticket checker five feet from entrance. Then comes the concession line, with premier member line clearing out before the regular line gets service. Ordered XL popcorn and drink, that will be $17 please.... ok I have to support the theater. The sixteen year old girl takes the tub and scrapes the bottom of the machine, filling it with burnt popcorn and a ton of un-popped kernels. As for butter, it's self serve around the corner (what happen to the days of half popcorn then butter, then more popcorn and butter!?). I asked for a different tub of popcorn preferable not from the bottom, after all I did pay $17. She dumps the original tub back into the machine and then walks to the next one and digs from the top. WOW!!! The seats where flimsy, uncomfortable, and began hurting my back twenty minutes into the movie. Go to Regal or Galaxy theaters... well worth the extra money for proper service and comfort.
