  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! 0 stars. Horrible experience. I was quoted for a 5 hour move that turned into 11 hours. 50% of the furniture that was disassembled wasn't even put back together and it still took double the time I was quoted. I understand it was just an estimate but it shouldn't be double the time quoted. When you make your appointment they take an inventory of what will be moved so why even ask what is going to be moved if you can't calculate the move correctly. I also had damage on 50% of the furniture that was moved. Scratches and severe chips. They also drilled a hole all the way thru my dresser mirror when they were attaching it to the dresser, I called to see what can be done about my experience. I spoke to Harold (manager), who said there is nothing he could do for me. This company has zero customer service. Worst experience ever.
