  • They don't even deserve one star. I never received a call the morning of my move. Movers did not arrive until 11:30am and then left promptly at 9:00pm even though my move was not complete. I am single and in my 50s and had to put my bed together to sleep that evening. I put together my dresser/mirror and kitchen table also. My desk is still in the clear wrapping. I have plenty of pictures to prove my statements. The washer and dryer were placed in the wrong spot and I had to ask that they be changed. Boxes were clearly labeled on 5 sides but were not delivered to the correct room. Numerous items were left at my old home like; planters, galvenized trashcan, hose and holders, ironboard, kitchen trashcan, and plant stand. I went over with movers the few items that needed to stay behind. I am glad I went back to my old home to clean. How horrible it was to discover that these items were not moved. Items were broken. No work ethic here. The movers complained about their pay and were friendly but not professional. Movers moved very slow and the final price was not within the estimate but hundreds over. Someone even came to my house to estimate. I thought the price had to be within the estimator's range? Do not use this company.
